	Mr. Hari B. Varshney, FCA Mr. Varshney, a Chartered Accountant (Fellow of the ICABC), has been involved in raising over $150 million for various venture capital projects around the world. He has been in the venture capital business since 1985 and during this period has been a director and/or officer of many public companies trading on various North American exchanges. He has also been very actively involved in the community and supported various charitable projects for over 25 years. He is the past Chair of St. Paul's Hospital Foundation, and a former director of Canada India Village Aid Association (CIVA) and College of Denturists of BC and a director of the Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Varshney was also a 2006 British Columbia Achievement Award and a 2009 inaugral Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Award recipient.
	Mr. Praveen K. Varshney, C.A. Mr. Varshney obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 1987. Following that, he was with KPMG from 1987 to 1991 where he obtained his C.A. designation in 1990. He is a member and past President of the Vancouver chapter of The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and a founding director of the Vancouver chapter of The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE). Mr. Varshney also is on UBC's Sauder School of Business Faculty Advisory Board, UBC President Stephen Toope’s Strategic Advisory Council, a Director of The Vancouver Board of Trade, and a past recipient of Business in Vancouver's 40 Under 40 Awards. He is also a director of the Varshney Family Charitable Foundation, a BC Social Venture Partner and on the advisory board of Room to Read - Vancouver.
	Mr. Peeyush K. Varshney LL.B. Mr. Varshney, a lawyer with experience in corporate / commercial and securities law, serves as a director or officer of each of the Varshney Capital Corp. portfolio companies. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (1989) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (1993) from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Varshney also serves as a director of the Varshney Family Charitable Foundation.
